3. Services Provided

3.1 Health Coaching Services

We offer personalized 1-1 health coaching consultations focused on nutritional therapy, hormone health, gut health, and lifestyle optimization.

Important: Our services are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our coaching is not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your GP or qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet, lifestyle, or health regimen.

3.2 UGC (User-Generated Content) Creation Services

We provide content creation services for wellness and beauty brands. These services are provided under separate agreements with brands and are not available for direct consumer purchase.

3.3 Digital Products

We may offer digital products such as wellness guides, educational programs, and meal plans. Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Booking Process

To book a 1-1 health coaching consultation, please complete the enquiry form on our website. We will contact you to discuss your needs. Upon confirmation, you will receive a payment link. Payment must be received in full before your consultation is scheduled.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via Direct bank transfer, Stripe, and PayPal where applicable. All prices are in GBP (£).

4.3 Payment Terms

•Payment is due in full before services are provided.

•Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

This section outlines the policies regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for our services.

5.1. 1-on-1 Health Coaching Services

a) Payment:

•Upfront Payment: All coaching packages must be paid in full upfront before the first session commences. This secures your dedicated time in our schedule.

•Monthly Instalments: For packages with a monthly payment option, payment is due on the 1st of each calendar month for the upcoming month of coaching.

b) Client Cancellations & Rescheduling:

•No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for coaching services once payment is made. When you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

•Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. We will work with you to find a new, mutually convenient time. Sessions not rescheduled with 48 hours' notice will be forfeited.

•No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the session being forfeited. No refund or rescheduling is possible.

c) Our Cancellations & Rescheduling:

•Our Need to Reschedule: We retain the flexibility to reschedule sessions if unforeseen circumstances arise. We will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule to a new, mutually agreed-upon time.

•Our Need to Cancel: In the unlikely event we must cancel a session entirely without the possibility of rescheduling, a full refund for that specific session will be issued.

5.2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Services

a) Payment Structure:

•50% Upfront Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and initiate the project.

•50% Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon your approval of the watermarked, low-resolution version of the content.

b) Content Delivery:

•Once the final 50% payment is received, we will deliver the final, high-resolution, unwatermarked content.

c) Revisions & Cancellations:

•One round of minor revisions is included. Major changes requiring a reshoot will incur additional fees.

•If you cancel after the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. If we cancel, your deposit will be refunded in full.

6. Consumer Rights (UK)

6.1 Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

As a consumer in the UK, you have the right to services provided with reasonable care and skill.

6.2 Right to Cancel & Waiver for Digital Services

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel services. However, this right does not apply to our coaching services.

By purchasing our coaching services and booking a session, you are requesting that we provide the service immediately or within the 14-day cancellation period. You acknowledge and agree that in doing so, you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel. This is because we immediately block out dedicated time for you which cannot be offered to other clients.

For digital products (e.g., PDFs), your right to cancel is lost as soon as you download or access the content.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Coaching Services

As outlined in Section 5 and 6, our coaching services are non-refundable once purchased. Refunds are only issued in the specific circumstance where we must cancel a session entirely and cannot reschedule (as per Section 5.1.c).

7.2 Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is the intellectual property of Wellness By Dorina. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality and will not share your personal or health information without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
